RESERVATION INFORMATION

• Check in 3:00 PM (Central Time)
• Check out 11:00 AM (Central Time)
• We ask for a minimum of a two-night stay
• A one-night stay may be available with
  an extra cleaning charge.

without notice.)

All Cabins:

• Are available year round.
• Have hot tubs.
• Are non-smoking.

Hot Tubs:

• We now have the option of renting 2
  hot tubs at Rock Ridge Lodge.
• Guests who wish to use the Hot Tubs are
  charged a one-time fee of $35.00, or
  $45.00 for bonus hot tub at
  Rock Ridge Lodge.
• After each guest’s stay, the hot tub is
  drained, disinfected, all water removed,
  and filters cleaned.
• Clean water is added along with
  new spa chemicals.

Day Guest Rates:

• Visitors to your cabin that do not stay
  overnight are charged $5.00 each.
• Call for special Group Party rates
  (weddings, retreats, etc).

Taxes and Fees:

• Perry County Innkeepers Tax of 5%, and
  Indiana State Sales Tax of 7%, brings the
  amount of tax charged to 12%.

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations, with a 30 day notice or
  more your deposit will be credited toward
  another stay less $50.00 + tax cancellation fee, 
  cancelling your reservation within 30 days
  of your stay forfeits your deposit.

Reservations & Payment:

• Reservations require a 50% deposit and
  are payable by: Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
  American Express, check, or cash.

Pets:

• We allow pets in select cabins with a
  $25.00 per pet/night charge.

Damage Fee:

• There is a $150.00 damage deposit
  required at check in.
