Property description

Creekview Cabin is a one bedroom with a sleeping loft that can sleep up to seven guests.  Located high on a hill overlooking (not waterfront) Deer Creek in Cannelton, Indiana on Blue Heron Lane. We are located above Rocky Point Marina and next to Blue Heron Winery and the Celtic Cross.  The cabin offers a fully stocked kitchen with everthing you need for your stay. All bed and bath linens are provided.  One queen bedroom downstairs with a additional  queen bed and a twin bed in the loft.  A futon is in the living room.  The deck features views of the creek with a hot tub and a charcoal grill.  Come relax and visit some local attractions.  Check-in time is 3:00 central and checkout time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.  

 

We do not provide firewood or charcoal for the grill.  If you plan on using the fire pit or grill you will need to provide your own supplies.

                        Booking terms

                        RESERVATION INFORMATION

                        • Check in 3:00 PM (Central Time)
                        • Check out 10:00 AM (Central Time)
                        • We ask for a minimum of a two-night stay

                        (All Prices and Rates are subject to change
                        without notice.)

                         

                        All Cabins:

                        • Are available year round.
                        • Have hot tubs.
                        • Are non-smoking.

                         

                        Hot Tubs:

                        • After each guest’s stay, the hot tub is
                          drained, disinfected, all water removed,
                          and filters cleaned.
                        • Clean water is added along with
                          new spa chemicals.

                         

                        Day Guest Rates:

                        • Visitors to your cabin that do not stay
                          overnight are charged $5.00 each.
                        • Call for special Group Party rates
                          (weddings, retreats, etc).

                         

                        Taxes and Fees:

                        • Perry County Innkeepers Tax of 5%, and
                          Indiana State Sales Tax of 7%, brings the
                          amount of tax charged to 12%.

                         

                        Cancellation Policy:

                        • For cancellations, with a 30 day notice or
                          more your deposit will be credited toward
                          another stay less $50.00 + tax cancellation fee, 
                          cancelling your reservation within 30 days
                          of your stay forfeits your deposit.

                         

                        Reservations & Payment:

                        • Reservations require a 50% deposit if booked before 45 day of arrival and revervations made within 45 days of arrival are due in full when booked.
                          Reservations are payable by: Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
                          American Express, check, or cash.

                         

                        Pets:

                        • We allow pets in select cabins with a
                          $25.00 per pet/night charge.

                         

                        Damage Fee:

                        • There is a $150.00 damage deposit
                          required at check in.
